Sometimes we don’t do things that are good for us because we feel it is beneath us. And, at the same time we complain about stress, being overwhelmed or not knowing how to handle chaotic situations. Is it true, that we can be our own worst enemy sometime based on our resistance to see ourselves as imperfect human beings wanting answers designed only for the perfect?
