Have you head about intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation? I hadn’t either, until I took a course in Organizational Psychology this past spring. You may be able to grasp what intrinsic motivation is and extrinsic motivation is based solely on the words themselves. Intrinsic refers to internal and extrinsic refers to external, but how much of an impact does each have on our daily decision making and our overall holistic well-being? I ended up doing an entire research paper on it and maybe I’ll publish that one day, but for today, here’s an interesting read; https://www.edutopia.org/blog/classroom-self-persuasion-david-palank?utm_source=Edutopia%20News&utm_campaign=073fc46d87-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_101817_enews_whenstudentsare_mc&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_29295b4c8b-073fc46d87-48388719
